The procedure for testing products is exhaustive. Samples will be chosen during the factory audit and subsequently transported to the laboratory of SIRIM QAS International or any other accredited laboratory. Upon completion of the testing process, a comprehensive type test report and Product Certification Licence will be issued. Conversely, in lieu of a Product Certification Licence, a product test report shall be issued for products that have undergone a partial test. After the issuance of the Product Certification Licence, the organisation is authorised to exclusively utilise the SIRIM Certification Mark on the certified product.
