160M FLOATING DOCK

In 2015, Ultech Engineering Sdn Bhd handled electrical cabling laying and system design for the YD420 – 160M Floating Dock commissioned by Shin Yang Shipyard Sdn. Bhd. We ensured compliance with ClassNK marine regulations, providing advanced features like Manual or Auto-Synchronization in the Marine Main Switchboard and essential panels such as Motor Starter Panels. Additionally, we engineered a 1500A Shore Supply connection box to enhance operational capacity.

YD987 80M UAE NAVY TRAINING VESSEL

In 2020, the YD987 80M Training Vessel for the United Arab Emirates Navy saw a major upgrade in its electrical system. This included the design, integration, and commissioning of the Main Switchboard with a Power Management System, Ship Monitoring & Control System, and Various Motor Starting Panels. Additionally, an Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS) was installed.

130KW OUTDOOR LOAD BANK

Ultech Engineering host solution for the 2021 130kW Outdoor Load Bank addresses generator underload for Brunei Shell Petroleum. The design is to have the load bank auto kick-in whenever the generator is started and ready to lead under Auto Mode of operations. It optimizes capacity by managing 5 out of 7 loading sets, maintaining operation at 70-80% capacity with rotation every 12 hours. This solution offers manual operation and guarantees operational continuity, resulting in cost savings and extended equipment lifespan.
