Last month, Ultech Engineering had the privilege of attending a remarkable event hosted by DEIF, held at the prestigious Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre. It was an exclusive affair reserved for DEIF's esteemed brand partners.
As a global supplier of reliable power control solutions for decentralized power generation on land and at sea, DEIF has been at the forefront of innovation since its establishment in 1933. Founded by Erling Foss and his partners, DEIF began focusing on precision and robustness in assembling electromagnetic measuring instruments. Today, under Toke Foss's and his family's leadership, DEIF has evolved into a leader in advanced products and solutions for Engine & Genset Controls, Switchboard Instrumentation, Bridge Instrumentation, and Renewable Energy Controls.
This special event marked DEIF's 10th year anniversary and witnessed the highly anticipated launch of their new intelligent energy controller, the IE250. This versatile and modular product promises to revolutionize energy management and protection, setting new standards for the industry.
The day was filled with informative sessions and exciting presentations. We enjoyed hearing from Alexandre Maravel, the VP of Sales Region Asia, who warmly welcomed us all. Toke Foss, the board chairman, and Christian Nielsen, the Group CEO, presented DEIF's inspiring identity and ambitions. We gained insights into the company's rich history and unwavering commitment to quality, reliability, and service.
The agenda was packed with engaging sessions, including a brief overview of DEIF's presence in the Asia Pacific region, an introduction to their new products and systems, and a special celebration for DEIF Asia Pacific's 10th year Anniversary. We were thrilled to witness the unveiling of the MVR medium voltage protection relays, the AMC 300 and AMC 600 PLC platforms, and the AGC150 range of applications. These advancements will undoubtedly empower businesses to be agile and resilient in times of change.
The highlight of the event was the introduction of the groundbreaking iE250 launch, DEIF's new platform for intelligent energy control. Tom Leenaerts, the Product Manager for Advanced Control, provided an insightful presentation and even offered a hands-on experience, giving us a glimpse into the future of power management.
The day concluded with a Partners Awards Ceremony, recognizing the outstanding contributions of DEIF's valued partners. Toke Foss, Christian Nielsen, and Alexandre Maravel expressed gratitude for the collaborative efforts that have driven DEIF's success.
